Nag Tibba also known as Serpents Peak, is the highest peak in lower Himalayas of Garhwal region near Mussoorie. This trek is the best option for those who are looking for a long weekend break. It is an easy trek and is best suited for beginners. Standing at an altitude of 3,025 metres, the Nagtibba top offers a panoramic view of the Bandarpoonch range, Swargarohini, Gangotri group of peaks and Kedarnath peak in the Himalayas.
Arrive at Dehradun airport/railway station, meet our representative and drive to Mussoorie.
On arrival, check-in at the hotel.
Evening, you will be briefed about the trek. Later, if time permits, you can walk around the Mall Road.
Overnight in Hotel at Mussoorie.
Morning, after breakfast, drive to Pantwari village via Kempty Fall. Reach Pantwari which is the starting point of this trek. Have your lunch and after that start the trek for Nagtibba Base Camp.
On arrival at Nagtibba Base Camp check-in. Evening, will be free at leisure to explore the surroundings.
Overnight in Camp at Nagtibba Base Camp.
This day, early in the morning, you will start the trek to the Nagtibba summit. It will take approx. 2 hrs to reach the Nagtibba top from the base camp. The trail passes through the thickly forested area.
On reaching at the top spend some time where you can also witness the snow-capped mountains. Later, trek down to the base camp.
Post lunch, trek down further to Pantwari and on reaching the road head, get into your vehicle and transfer to Dehradun airport/railway station to board the flight/train for your onward journey..
